This notice describes agdigitalz.com, operated by Gurnoor Bassi as AG Digitalz in British Columbia, Canada. It covers browsing these pages, trying the example, sending an inquiry, using the email backup and following the booking link.

The demo is a local simulation. The inquiry form submits to Netlify when this website is hosted there. In a local development preview, online delivery is unavailable and the form tells you that nothing has been sent. Email remains a backup option. This notice does not describe a client’s separate website or business system.

The workflow demo runs in your browser. Your example request is not sent to AG Digitalz, an AI service or a customer database. When you choose Send your inquiry, your name, email, company, selected problem, timeline and any optional website, budget or context are sent to Netlify for AG Digitalz to review. The page address is included, without its query string. Netlify processes and stores the submission and may filter spam. We use these details to review and respond to your request.

On agdigitalz.com, Netlify sends an inquiry notification to our business inbox. Accepted inquiries are also processed in our private Supabase lead database, where a follow-up task is created. Resend handles additional transactional notifications and inquiry confirmations when its email delivery is configured. We may use Anthropic to prepare an internal summary of the name, business website, selected problem and context you submit; Gurnoor reviews the inquiry and decides how to respond. This is separate from the browser-only demo. Do not include sensitive customer information in your inquiry.

Searching the Learn library also happens within the page. Search terms are not sent to a search provider, stored by the site or added to the page address.

Use fictional details in the demo. Reset restarts its steps; it does not erase the text you typed. You can edit or clear that text yourself. This site does not save demo or form entries to browser storage, though your browser may retain its own autofill, history or cached information.

If you choose the email backup, Open email draft passes the inquiry fields you entered to your email app in a mailto link. Copy inquiry text places that text on your device’s clipboard. Nothing is sent until you choose to send the email. If you email info@agdigitalz.com, we receive your address, message and any attachments, and use them to review and respond to your request.

Share only the context needed for the conversation. Do not send passwords, payment information or sensitive customer records in an initial inquiry. Email correspondence may be retained as a business record; you can contact us about information we hold about you.

The light or dark setting is saved on your device so the site can remember your choice. This preference contains the selected theme, not your name or contact details. You can change it with the theme button or remove it by clearing this site’s stored data in your browser.

We do not install advertising pixels. On agdigitalz.com, optional analytics starts only if you select Allow measurement. It records page paths and fixed event labels, such as opening a case study, trying the demo or submitting the inquiry form, in our Supabase database. It does not include the text you type, names, email addresses or page query strings. The site does not create a visitor identifier to join your browsing across sessions.

Your analytics choice is saved on your device. You can decline without losing any site features, and reopen Analytics preferences in the footer to change it. Changing to decline stops future optional events; it does not identify or erase previously recorded anonymous event rows. Optional analytics is disabled in local and separate preview builds.

Netlify hosts this website. Visiting a page sends the requests needed to deliver it, including technical information such as your IP address and browser request details. Hosting and security systems may process request logs to operate and protect the service, regardless of your optional analytics choice.

Our hosting, database, email and optional summary providers may process information outside Canada. Their policies describe their processing practices. Inquiry records are kept for responding, follow-up and business record-keeping; contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion. We do not promise a fixed deletion period that our current systems cannot enforce.

Learn guides and other pages may link to outside resources. Following one opens a separate website with its own privacy practices. A link does not send the text you entered in our demo or project form to that website.

The discovery-call link opens Google Calendar’s booking page. The calendar is not embedded here. Google handles the information you enter there under its policies, and the appointment details are shared with Gurnoor so he can arrange and attend the call. Review the booking page before confirming an appointment.

You can ask what personal information AG Digitalz holds about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a concern about its use. Email info@agdigitalz.com with enough context to identify your request. Any request is subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements.

For browser preferences, you can clear site data yourself. For an inquiry you have submitted or emailed, contact us so we can review the information and your request.
