Priced by the work, not a package.
Every project is quoted on its own. A two-step text-back and a full lead system with a new website are very different jobs, so you pay for the work your setup needs, and you see the number in writing before anything is built.
Five things set the size of the job.
The quote follows the work. These are the things we look at on the call.
How many workflows we build: a missed-call text-back, a lead inbox, quote reminders, and so on.
Your phone system, forms, calendar, sheet or CRM, and how easy each one is to hook up.
If you need a site, how many pages and how much content and design they need.
Moving existing contacts, quotes or job history into the new setup, if any.
Whether you want changes and monitoring after handover, or prefer to run it yourself.
Three steps. No surprises.
We talk through what's slipping and which tools you use today. No prep and no technical brief needed.
You get the scope, deliverables, timing and one fixed price in writing, before any work starts. Say yes or no.
The build follows the quote. If you want to add something later, you see its cost in writing first.
Know what is included before you commit.
Your written proposal sets out the deliverables, timing, testing and support terms. Changes to the agreed scope are discussed before additional work begins.
Typical starting points.
These describe the shape of the work, not a price. Each is quoted per project.

Straight answers.
Why don't you list prices?+
Because two jobs that sound the same rarely are. A text-back for one phone line is a very different build from one that routes five crews and syncs a CRM. Quoting per project means you pay for the work you need, and the number is fixed in writing before we start.
What does an engagement cost?+
Every project is quoted on its own, because the price follows the amount of work: how many automations, how many tools to connect, how many website pages, any data to move and whether you want ongoing support. After a free 20-minute call you get a written, fixed quote before any work starts.
What if the scope changes after the quote?+
Nothing changes without your say-so. If you want to add something mid-build, you get a short written change with its cost before any extra work happens.
Who owns the finished system?+
Ownership and access are covered in the proposal, including the accounts, custom work and any third-party licences involved. We make those terms clear before you agree to the build.
What happens after handover?+
We test the workflow and hand over the operating notes. Any ongoing support or further changes are defined separately in the engagement terms.
What if we do not know what we need?+
Start with the point where work gets stuck. You do not need a technical brief. We map what happens today and identify one workflow to start with.
What keeps getting missed?
The unanswered DM. The quote nobody followed up. The same details copied three times. Tell me what's happening.
