We installed the system we sell on our own website first.

This is a transparent record of the AG Digitalz website, intake, CRM, follow-up, content and measurement infrastructure. It documents what is implemented, what still requires production credentials, and what will be measured after launch.

The site explained automation, but its own lead operations were incomplete.

The website already had strong visual design, forms and a synthetic workflow demo. The missing layer was a private operational record connecting verified submissions to summaries, alerts, tasks and measurable outcomes.

What happens after a verified submission.

Netlify completes its spam verification first. Server-only automation then records, summarizes and routes the opportunity without exposing private credentials to the browser.

Store the entry point, contact details, requested system, landing page and campaign source in a private lead record.

Create a concise brief with urgency, missing information and a recommended next action. A deterministic fallback works when the AI provider is unavailable.

Send the owner a structured email and send the visitor a plain confirmation without placing them into a marketing sequence.

Create a due task and keep stage changes—new, contacted, booked, won or lost—as a durable event history.

Evidence the system will collect after production activation.

No cookies or cross-site identity are required. The site records anonymous journey events separately from private lead details.

The private lead schema is installed with no example records and server-only access. The repository contains the functions, search verification hooks and deployment checks. Production environment values, a Netlify deployment and external webmaster ownership are still required before claiming the full workflow is live.
